Christianshavn Tour

Christianshavn is a neighbourhood located in Copenhagen. It was founded in the 1618 by Christian IV as part of the extension of the city´s fortifications. Originally, it was laid out as an independent privileged merchant's town inspired from Dutch cities. Dominated by canals, it is the part of Copenhagen with the most nautical atmosphere. The fortifications are some of the best preserved, surrounding the town from the 17th century. Today the area around the fortifications is a park. Copenhagen Guided Tours will take you through the main attractions of Christianshavn: Christiania, The Church of our Saviour, Christian´s Church, Michelin Star restaurants NOMA and ERA ORA.
